By accessing or using the services, resources, teachings, or website of Renewed Life Ministries, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to visitors, students, and customers engaging with our ministry online, in person, or through any of our programs or materials.
1. WHO WE ARE
Renewed Life Ministries is a Christ-centered discipleship and coaching ministry founded to help people discover freedom, purpose, and transformation through Jesus Christ. We provide teaching resources, coaching programs, devotionals, events, and online courses rooted in Biblical truth.
SECTION A: WEBSITE VISITORS
2. USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use this site for lawful, respectful purposes. You may not access or use this website in any way that may harm, disable, or damage our ministry or interfere with other visitors' experience.
3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All content found on our website — including videos, blog posts, devotionals, images, downloadable PDFs, and more — is the property of Renewed Life Ministries unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may share resources or external links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
SECTION B: COURSE PARTICIPANTS (Transformation Academy, Identity School, Mentorship Programs)
5. PARTICIPATION TERMS
By enrolling in any course or mentorship program, you agree to participate respectfully and engage with the material for personal growth. Access to materials is for individual use only and should not be shared publicly or resold.
6. GROUP CONDUCT
You agree to maintain a respectful environment in our community spaces (such as Zoom sessions, discussion groups, and forums). Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Free access programs can be canceled anytime. For paid mentorship or coaching packages, cancellation policies are outlined in your welcome agreement or program-specific FAQ. No refunds will be given for completed sessions or used services.
SECTION C: DIGITAL PRODUCTS & BUNDLES
8. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
When purchasing any digital product (ebooks, devotionals, guides, courses, challenges, or tools), you are granted a single-use license
for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, or modify the materials without written permission.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once products have been delivered unless otherwise stated in the offer.
10. PRODUCT UPDATES
We may update or enhance products to serve you better. While updates may be announced via email or member areas, access to new versions is not guaranteed unless included in your original purchase.

11. SPIRITUAL DISCLAIMER
Our content is rooted in Scripture and designed to support spiritual growth. We are not licensed counselors, therapists, or legal professionals. Please seek professional help when needed.
12. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us will be used only to serve you through our ministry. We never sell or misuse your data.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Chittenden County, VT.
